Spicy Black Bean Chili

This is a healthy and delicious chili that is super easy to prepare in less than 30 minutes. It's got a little kick to it which is sure to be a hit while watching the Superbowl.

What you will need:

1 15 oz can Tex Mex style fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 14 oz can black beans
2 patties veggie burgers
7-1/2 ozs (1/2 can) tomato sauce
2 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika

Directions: Defrost and set aside 2 veggie burger patties.  In a medium saucepan, pour in the black beans (including the liquid), diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.  Heat until it starts to boil and reduce heat.  Crumble in veggie patties and remaining ingredients.  Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
